Description
We partnered with the Merrill W. Linn Land and Waterways Conservancy to produce an updated trail brochure for the Dale's Ridge Trail. Working alongside Conservation Coordinator, Rob Roberston, and volunteer graphic designer, Jessica Brothers, we were able to create a final draft of a brochure, currently in the final stages of reviewing before being sent off for printing. This brochure is a condensed version of the previous trail brochure, with more emphasis on visuals than text. Our group has also worked to set up the Conservancy to be able to produce a children's brochure, having led a group of students from the River Valley Nature School on a hike at Dale's Ridge at the end of the semester, eager to get input from the young potential trail users and build community capacity. The final aspect of our project was the compilation of past projects centering Dale's Ridge to supply access to these files to the Conservancy.
