My remarks for the Susquehanna River Symposium will focus on the role of the place of the Susquehanna River in the master plan and site design work a Pennsylvania State University landscape architecture class produced for SPI (Selinsgrove Projects Inc.) last spring semester. The talk will address:

  • Historical and current potentials of the river considered in the design process.
  • Civic Input and Community Perceptions of the Susquehanna River.
  • Conceptual design that connects the River to downtown Selinsgrove.
