This web page, part of the a larger research project page, concerns Martin Justin Troyes, 1905 – 1996, who provided perhaps a unique eyewitness accounting of the Nghệ-Tĩnh Soviets in 1930-31, an uprising against French colonial authority in what is now Vietnam.
